The election was held simultaneously with regional elections in eleven other autonomous communities and local elections all throughout Spain. Because regional elections in the Community of Madrid were mandated for the fourth Sunday of May every four years, the 2021 snap election did not alter the term of the four-year legislature starting in 2019.
All 135 seats in the Assembly were up for election.
The 2023 Madrilenian regional election was held on Sunday,, to elect the 13th Assembly of the Community of Madrid. I wouldn't give up on this just yet, it seems promising since it's one of my favorite programs I would really like to see it work.Spanish election 2023 Madrilenian regional election
I was trying it with 0.9.9 but next time I'll try the installation with 0.9.16 I couldn't test the program because at the end when it couldn't find or install something it immediately started uninstalling. I'm not sure it's really needed to make the isntallation work. Also there is a small pop-up box that says something abot not being able to start PCLEPCI which is a pinnacle systems process. I have a feeling that if you had the different dll's to start with you might have a better chance. When it got near the end of the installation it was missing something and I didn't catch exactly what it said, but as soon as it disappeared it started uninstalling the program. One thing I noticed right away was that one of the pop-up windows with a progress bar never would seem to disappear and the page where you enter your serial number was hidden behind that page, if you move it down you can see it and enter information which will allow it to go onto the next screen. The installation ran pretty much without a hitch, there were a few pop-ups that were mainly to do with dll's that weren't there like setupapi.dll and psapi.dll.
